My Go To Breakfast [and Lunch]
I happen to be one of those "add avocado to everything" girls...but this is hands-down my favorite breakfast. It is fast, filling, and delicious and keeps me fueled through the day.
Bonus - the twins love it to!
Avocado toast!
Ingredients:
Sourdough bread (my personal favorite, but any type of bread will work)
1/4 to 1/2 an avocado
Egg (I made mine fried, but any type works)
Garnish with salt, crushed red pepper and arugula (if I have it in the house)
This has been a go-to for me for a long time. Sharing a few inspirations on how you can prep it for your toddler:
Slided/cubed avocado
Avocado toast (one of my girl's favorites!)
Scrambled eggs (to ensure no runny egg whites/yolk)
