🛒 What You’ll Need

Soup Base & Protein

  • 20 bibigo™ Mini Wontons

  • 8 oz ground pork (about 1/2 lb)

  • 6 cups dashi stock or prepared broth (chicken or vegetable)

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Aromatics & Veggies

  • 1 inch fresh ginger, thinly sliced

  • 1 clove garlic, minced

  • 1 bag of frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn, green beans)

Noodles & Toppings

  • 2 serving ramen noodles (or any noodles of choice)

  • Vegetable oil, for cooking

📋 Instructions

  1. Brown the Pork

    • Heat a splash of vegetable oil in a large soup pot over medium heat.

    • Add the ground pork and cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through (about 5 minutes). Season lightly with salt and pepper.

    • Remove the pork with a slotted spoon and set aside.

  2. Cook the Noodles

    • Prepare noodles according to package directions. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop cooking, then set aside.

  3. Build the Broth

    • In the same pot you browned the pork, bring the broth to a simmer with ginger, garlic, and soy sauce.

  4. Add Veggies & Wontons

    • Heat the frozen mixed vegetables and let cook for 2–3 minutes until heated through.

    • Add the bibigo Mini Wontons and cooked pork back into the pot. Simmer for 2–3 minutes, until wontons float and are warmed through.

  5. Assemble Bowls

    • Divide noodles between bowls. Ladle the hot broth, wontons, pork, and veggies over the noodles.

  6. Serve & Enjoy

    • Taste and adjust seasoning with sriracha or extra soy sauce as desired. Serve warm.

🍲 Tips & Variations

  • Vegetable Swap Tips: Frozen mixed veggies are perfect here because they add color and nutrients without extra prep—just toss them right into the broth with the wontons.

  • Make it Spicy: Add a drizzle of chili oil or sriracha for heat.

  • Extra Protein: If you want an even meatier bowl, add shrimp or tofu along with the pork.
